Personalrights，ofwhichtherightofvotingforrepresentativesisone，areaspeciesofpropertyofthemostsacredkind:andhethatwouldemployhispecuniaryproperty，orpresumeupontheinfluenceitgiveshim，todispossessorrobanotherofhispropertyorrights，usesthatpecuniarypropertyashewouldusefire-arms，andmeritstohaveittakenfromhim。
