  Leavingthetwotogetherunderthescrapofvineuponthecauseway,Gowanidlyscatteringtheleavesfromitintothewater,andBlandoislightingacigarette,thesisterswerepaddledawayinstateastheyhadcome。Theyhadnotglidedonformanyminutes,whenLittleDorritbecameawarethatFannywasmoreshowyinmannerthantheoccasionappearedtorequire,and,lookingaboutforthecausethroughthewindowandthroughtheopendoor,sawanothergondolaevidentlyinwaitingonthem。
