  “Whoisthatcreature?“askedAlanoverhisshouldertoJeekie。“TheCourtfool?“

  Justthenshespoketotheman,addressinghimbynameandsaying:

  Hedidnotseemtohearherwords,butcontinuedtostareatAlan。
