  Alas,wehavenonebettertoofferyou,anditisourhopethatwhenitpleasesyoutopasshenceyouwillthinkkindlyofthewomenofthisland,andfromonhighblessthemwithyourblessing,becauseyourmemoryofthesewhowerecalledyourwivesonearthispleasant。’
