InthemidstofsuchsceneryweanchoredatCapeTurn，closetoMountSarmiento，whichwasthenhiddenintheclouds。Atthebaseoftheloftyandalmostperpendicularsidesofourlittlecovetherewasonedesertedwigwam，anditaloneremindedusthatmansometimeswanderedintothesedesolateregions。
